1) No exchange/return or refund policy
2) Outfits are custom made as per client measurements on order basis only
3) Production time/lead time - 50-60 days depending on the outfit
4) Full payment has to be done at the time of placing an online order
5) 50% advance payment has to be done at the time of placing order
6) shipping charge per outfit depending on the weight of the outfit and the country to which it has to be shipped
7) 15,000 INR international courier charge with a bridal box
9) 15 days additional required for international courier and 3-4 days for domestic courier
10) Order once placed cannot be cancelled nor any changes can be done to the outfit. No sampling or embroidery swatches are provided, however base color cuttings can be provided on request. No add ons are allowed once order has been confirmed by the client
11) the colours of our products that appear on the website are displayed as accurately as possible. However, as computers monitors, tablets, mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that the display of colour on your device will be completely accurate
12) We dont provide alterations services for international clients. Whatever measurements you give us is with what we will send the outfit to you with enough margins for you to get it altered locally
13) We do alterations only in pakistan. So you will have to send the outfit back to us and then you can have it couriered back to you at your own expense
